Starting my digital business

My name is Asa. I'm from Iceland and I'm 24. I studied marketing and

communication design with Maddie, who cofounded our company Cherry

Pop with me. I've been here in Denmark for about three and a half

years. Well, Cherry Pop is a sexual education app where we want to

include more inclusive sexual education. We want it to be more gender

neutral, we want it to be more fun, more accessible both to students and

teachers. Just due to the nature of our company as well as the fact that

we are female founders, we really felt like we had a lot to prove. Yeah,

we really wanted to make it. I think we were afraid that if we asked for

help too soon that we wouldn't be taken seriously because we wouldn't

have enough to show for it.
