The aim of this activity is to provide the learners with the methods and tools to present
their innovative digital business to others and collect feedback.
In this activity the learners will have to create a pitch presentation of their
business idea and collect feedback from the audience. To do that, trainers
and/or facilitators must cover the following steps:
Step 1
Introduce the elevator pitch technique to the participants. Facilitators can use
the tools listed in the resources section.
Step 2
Assign each group with the task of reviewing the business model they have

Provide participants with Tool 7 – Pitch deck and ask them to fill it by taking
into consideration the guidelines provided in the template. They should fill in
each element of the pitch having in mind the business model canvas they have
done in project-oriented activity 6.
Step 4
Take turns with each group so they can present their pitch. Each team will have
5 minutes. Then, the facilitator should start a group debate where participants
act as potential customers and provide their feedback, answering the following
questions: “Would you buy the product/service presented?”, “What did you like
the most” and “What do you think needs improvement?”.
Step 5
The facilitator will debrief the session by highlighting the participants’
contributions to explain the importance of feedback for business viability.
