Digital Entrepreneurship and Digital
Transformation Interrelationship
The supply-side of entrepreneurship encompasses the human element of
entrepreneurship. That is, the people who are suitable to take-on
entrepreneurial roles and positions.
The demand-side encompasses new positions which are available to
those entrepreneurs who are willing and able to fill them. This typifies
the necessary and present relationship between digital entrepreneurship
and digital transformation. Digital entrepreneurs can take on roles and
responsibilities created through digital transformation, or could create
digital transformation themselves. As a result, new disruptive growth for
businesses leads to an increase in opportunity for digital entrepreneurs.
