A day in my life
The first part of my day, is waking up. I will usually only sleep between
five and seven hours each night and typically wake up around 4 AM. This
time is commonly my most productive time of day because it’s filled with
the least amount of distractions. I will use this time to catch up on e-
mails, and then I go to the gym, grabbing my workout clothes and
hitting the treadmill gets the blood flowing and I feel that it increases my
brain performance. I also believes in eating the same thing for breakfast
every day. Eggs, yoghurt and muesli with some fruits or berries will do
me. After breakfast, I must shower. My personal hygiene is an important
part of me, also when I’m working from home. I’ve made sure to also
block out hours for specific tasks and for deciding what I plan to have
happen and at what time.
