Starting up an online fitness coaching
business
The research process was not easy, with a lot of business concepts she
couldn’t understand. After some tentative she started to list the steps
she needed to cover
Step 1| Conduct an in depth research market to check how other online
fitness coaching business are doing; and to also collect information about
the potential target market. Her initial audience was mainly women
between 40 and 55 who wanted to easy do exercises at home to
maintain active or progressively loose weight.
Step 2| Write a initial value proposition to clearly say, in a concise
statement, that her business answers to the needs of her target
audience and briefly explaining what is differentiating her from other
online fitness coaching business already running.
