Desirability looks at the attractiveness of your business idea by looking

                                  first at your customer segment from your business model canvas. Are
                                  your customers going to be interested in your product? Who are they?


                                  Some example hypotheses are “art students and enthusiasts will be
                Ris               interested in my digital painting classes” or “young adults prefer


                  k-              ecological products”.

                                  The second category of hypotheses relates with the viability of the
                 fre              business idea, i.e., understanding what is the problem you are trying


                    e             to solve and if this is, in fact, a problem or need.


                suc               Some example hypotheses are “women aged 25-30 want to pay a fee
                                  for my fitness app” or “I can reduce costs by partnering with art

                ces               suppliers and advertise their products”.


                    s             Finally, you will want to assess your ability to deliver your product or
                                  service. Are you able to build and run a prototype? Do you have the

                                  necessary resources and skills?


                                  Some example hypothesis is “I can build a PowerPoint presentation

                                  with illustrations of how my app will be like in 1 month”.
