Learning Journey
Competence areas
The definition of the DIGITAL Z-WOMEN learning modules results from a consultation
conducted with different specialist in the eight countries of the project consortium,
that aimed at identifying relevant strategies, complementary learning resources, and
specific support methods for Gen-Z women. The Gen-Z women digital
entrepreneurship skills development are built in a total of 10 learning modules
distributed into two competence areas:
Essentials on digital entrepreneurship
Module 1: Types of digital businesses
Module 2: Key platforms for digital businesses
Module 3: Digital entrepreneur profile
Module 4: Key competencies of digital entrepreneur
Module 5: Life roles balance/integration
Essentials on digital business development
Module 6: Innovation management and business ideation
Module 7: Product/service development and business plan
Module 8: Digital business prototyping and testing techniques
Module 9: Marketing strategy and digital content creation
Module 10: Digital business monetising strategies and management
Learning outcomes
The DIGITAL Z-WOMEN learning modules are in line with the European Qualification
Framework level 5 (EQF 5) and the learning outcomes are described in terms of:
▪ Knowledge, the theoretical and/or factual learning domain – what Gen-Z
women should know.
▪ Skills, the cognitive and practical learning domain – what Gen-Z women should
learn how to do.
▪ Responsibility and autonomy, the attitudes learning domain – what Gen-Z
women should desirably do based on the acquired knowledge and skills, that
will lead to a shift.
