Didactic tutorials
Didactic tutorials consist in a group of structured lessons, using different teaching
methods that impart knowledge, skills, or abilities. The DIGITAL Z-WOMEN didactic
tutorials, addressed at VET professionals and mentors, are designed to support
training facilitation. It includes a total of 10 project-oriented activities, one per each
module, complemented by practical tips to support trainers, facilitators, and mentors
to implement the modules in a training context. The proposed project-based learning
activities are design in the following format:
Number maximum of participants per each activity.
Total time needed to complete the activity.
Description of the aim of the activity related to the module
Instructional steps to guide the implementation of the project-based activity that
can respond to one of the following methodologies:
Inquiry-based learning
Learning based on research, focused on answering to questions problems and
scenarios.
Implementation solution to an open-ended problem.
Problem-based learning
Learner-centred approach focused on learning about a topic through finding a
Project-based learning
Instructional approach that provides learners with a real-world problem to solve.
Case-based learning
Learners’ engagement through discussion of specific scenarios that can resemble
real word cases.
Challenge-based learning
Multidisciplinary approach that engages students to engage, investigate and act to
solve a specific problem or situation.
