• What is a viable product or service?
It is a prototype, i.e., an early version of the product or service you intend to
release to customers, to ask for their feedback. It will help you understand
which features you should maintain and which you should drop or adjust.
• What features should my MVP product have?
MVPs should usually have three distinct features: have enough features for
consumers to want to purchase the product/service; include a feedback
mechanism so that users can send their feedback about the product/service;
and have enough future benefits for consumers who adopt the
product/service first.
• How do I know my product or service is ready for the market?
You want to make sure your product/service will succeed. Do as many
testing/feedback rounds as you need to make sure you do all necessary
adjustments and then do a product/service pre-sell to find out (and validate)
if your potential customers became actual clients. You can later on improve
your marketing strategy based on pre-sell numbers.
