Start small, end up big
Let us think about it.
Facebook started as a website for the students of Harvard University.
Zuckerberg built a basic model of his product that contained only the
required functionalities needed to fulfil his goal. Many of Facebook’s
current functionalities were not included in this early model.
The website was released only to a small number of users, i.e., early
adopters in order to test it and gain feedback.
Based on this continuous feedback loop Zuckerberg has been improving
Facebook’s functionalities ever since. The company puts a lot of effort
and resources into understanding user trends and needs and is
constantly testing new features and functionalities to see if they even
make sense to implement at a wider scale.
