The aim of this activity is to provide the learners with the methods and tools to translate
their business model canvas into a detailed plan for their innovative digital business.
In this activity, the learners will have to complete a business plan, a document
that details the business model canvas. To do that, trainers and/or facilitators
must cover the following steps:

Introduce the business plan to the participants by relating it to the essentials of
strategy and management in business planning. Facilitators can use the tools
listed in the resources section.

presentation should focus on how they translated the information from the
business model canvas into the plan and what new information they added.

The facilitator will debrief the session by highlighting the participants’
contributions to explain how to draft a business plan and recap its importance
to present innovative ideas in a strategically and goal-oriented way.
