Modules overview

                Module 6: Innovation management and business ideation

                After the completion of this module learners are expected to acquire comprehensive
                and specialised knowledge about innovation management and business ideation
                focusing  on  the  necessary  steps  to  transform  a  business  idea  into  a  business
                proposition. At the skills level, learners are expected to explore market gaps so AS
                to be able to know how to develop a business idea and then explain its added value.

                Module 7: Product/service development and business plan

                After the completion of this module learners are expected to acquire comprehensive
                and specialised knowledge about the steps to plan a digital business and draft a
                business  plan  focusing  on  the  worth  of  their  business  value  proposition  and
                anticipating changes in the digital world. At the skills level, learners are expected
                to analyse the strong and weak aspects of a business plan and pitch an idea.

                Module 8: Digital business prototyping and testing techniques

                After the completion of this module learners are expected to acquire comprehensive
                and specialised knowledge about suitable testing techniques and the different ways
                to test their digital business idea focusing on carrying out prototyping tasks and
                producing a viable product. At the skills level, learners are expected to adapt the
                testing of their product to an online environment and demonstrate their viability.

                Module 9: Marketing strategy and digital content creation

                After the completion of this module learners are expected to acquire comprehensive
                and  specialised  knowledge  about  the  necessary  steps  to  create  a  marketing
                strategy by focusing on the basics of social media marketing. The use of a social
                media platform is expected to exemplify to learners why some contents work better
                than others to attract followers and/or buyers.

                Module 10: Digital business monetising strategies and
                management

                After the completion of this module learners are expected to acquire comprehensive
                and specialised knowledge about the key resources to start and how to nurture a
                digital business focusing on the added value of multiple monetisation channels and
                deciding which management tools can help them. At the skills level, learners are
                expected to analyse the pros and cons of monetisation models and build a day-to-
                day management plan for their digital business.
