Managing your daily business operation

The aim of this activity is to provide the learners with the best online platforms to be
able to successfully manage their digital business day-by-day.
In this activity, the learners will have to access three free online management
platforms, test them and discuss the pros and cons of each one. To do that,
trainers and/or facilitators must cover the following steps:
Step 1
Introduce 3 free online management platforms to the participants: Monday,
Asana, and Trello. Facilitators can use the links listed in the resources section.
Step 2
Implementation platform and test it by adding 3-5 management tasks previously defined by the

Step 3
Ask participants to define 2-3 pros and cons of their allocated management
platform and get together in groups with the same management platform to
discuss if they are similar or not. Each group should write the main pros and
cons on a paper or flipchart.
Step 4
Take turns with each group so that they can present the pros and cons of each
management platform. Each group will have 3 minutes.
Step 5
The facilitator will debrief the session by highlighting the participants’
contributions to explain the importance of successfully managing a business's
daily operation.
