o Contracts with suppliers
Contracts are legal obligations between two or more parties. In the case
of your business, do you offer a product or service in return for the
customers cash? If so, do you need to sign a contract with a customer
when they are purchasing a product or service from you? Or, is the
written conversation between both parties enough? Have you considered
contracts you may need with suppliers for your product or service?
o Copyright license
Intellectual property or any creation that someone else has developed
(e.g., design, ideas, symbols) need to be protected. If you are creating
digital products or services and you are using music or photographs
created by another person, have you expressed permission to use their
product? If you do not, you may consider getting a copyright license.
