Unless you are a superhero, you may need help from others so as to run
a successful digital business. Thus, you need to consider all legal
obligations you may have with your staff.
o Customers needs and wants
Unhappy customers will shop elsewhere! The onus is on you, as the
digital business owner, to ensure that you are meeting the needs and
wants of your customers. Have you considered what your customers
need or do you provide them with what you think they need? Have you
examined how your competitors meet the needs of their customers? This
exercise might result in product/service changes or upgrades in which
you need to invest money.
