Always make sure that you plan your daily tasks on a weekly basis as

priorities might come on a daily basis and you may need to adapt. Assign

tasks according to your team members skills so as to make sure they are well

executed and delivered on time. Additionally, do not micromanage, trust your

team members and check the tasks status without pressuring them, unless
needed.

always make sure that you have a direct channel of communication with your

customers to respond to their questions and concerns.
