professional career with a fulfilling personal life.
In this activity the learners will have to work on a plan to ensure their work
does not take over their time to do other things and ensure that they can be
digital entrepreneurs who also have a life. For each step, they will create a plan
for what should be done to get out of the burnout situation.
Step 1
Start by asking the learners what they think is important for a healthy work-life
balance. Write their suggestions on the board or have them answer using
mentimeter.com.
Implementation Show the of the three steps to getting a life. Explain what the three steps mean.
Step 2
Step 3
For each post, create a definition. Like, how can this be achieved? Have the
learners come up with suggestions before sending them into group work.
Step 4
In groups, discuss what can be done for each step and ask them to create a
burnout escape roadmap. Following the steps and using their definitions, they
will write a report.
Step 5
Ask the groups to present their roadmaps in a role-play format. The trainer
and/or facilitator or one of the learners may play the role as the burnt-out
person. Present to them, the burnout escape roadmap that you have created
for them. The presenters will describe the implementation process in a step-by-
step format, providing not more than five steps.
