How to nurture a digital business?

Make a plan: failing to plan is planning to fail. Therefore, planning is

crucial to the success of any digital business, so ensure that you draft a

plan and stick with it (recall Module 7 – Product/service development and

business plan). Remember: once your plan has been implemented,

measure it for its overall success.

Do not forget about funding: without funding, it will be very

challenging for you to grow your business. Make sure you always have

cash in case you have a problem. Additionally, surround yourself of loyal

partners and learn how to engage with relevant investors for further

financial support as sometimes personal savings might not be enough.
