Business ideation
In innovation management, the ideation process is the stage of generating
ideas and solutions. This stage can be supported by sessions prepared to
boost a company staff to share and generate ideas. This sessions can
include exercises like sketching, prototyping, brainstorming or brainwriting.
At this stage it is all about making the right questions. The “How might we”
(HMW) questioning process is often used under this phase to get the
answers regarding:
o Desirability: What users want? HMW design a car which has a digital
code as a key which is safe to share among a lot of varying users?
o Viability: Can we do it? HMW design a car which has a digital code as
a key without raising productions costs?
o Feasibility: Is it doable? - HMW design a car which has a digital code
as a key with our current team of designers?
