It all depends on the perspective
As requests started growing, Pamela was confronted with the question:
should I turn this opportunity into a business? As her dream had always
been to be an architecture she never even considered becoming a digital
entrepreneur and make herself and her drawings her own brand.
To take a responsible decision, Pamela then decided to do a SWOT
analysis, a simple but useful method for analysing her potential digital
business strengths and weaknesses, as well as the opportunities and
threats it might face.
She believed that through a SWOT analysis she would be able to focus
on her recently discovered business strengths, use them to minimise its
threats, and take the greatest possible advantage of the opportunities
available to her.
