It all depends on the perspective
The process was quite easy, as there is a lot of examples of SWOT
analysis online. After selecting one, she started the process of filling in
each box of the SWOT analysis based on the following questions:
S – Strengths: what actions should be taken to maintain the strengths?
What should be done to maximise the impact of the strengths?
W – Weaknesses: what actions can be taken to eliminate the
weaknesses? How can the weakness effect be minimised?
O – Opportunities: what actions can be taken to enable an opportunity to
become a strength? What actions can be taken to maximise an
opportunity?
T – Threats: what actions can be taken to avoid a threat becoming a
weakness? How can the threat impact be minimised?
