Elements of a business plan
o Market analysis
This is a detailed overview of the market sector your product or service
will enter as well as of your target. Recall what do your competitors do
(slide 7) and who are you going to sell (slide 8).
o Definition of goals and commercial strategy
For your business plan to succeed, you should clearly identify your goals
(e.g., production, sales, marketing). They should be realistic and defined
within a timeframe.
o Funding request and financial forecast
This section should contain the details for financing your business now,
what will be needed for future growth as well as an estimation of your
ongoing operational expenses.
