Steps to plan a digital business









                o  Target audience: Who are you going to sell to?


                As you can see, you already know what you want to sell and in which market

                you want to enter. Now it is time to study your target audience in detail, as

                they will be paying for it. Knowing who to target is almost as important as
                defining your digital business idea. You should, thus, reflect on the following

                questions:


                      o   Who needs your digital product or service (i.e., target market)? Are there a lot of people
                          paying for digital products or services similar to yours? Is this a big market?

                      o   How urgently do people need what you are selling? Will your digital business continue to
                          be relevant on the long run or is it linked with current circumstances?

                      o How are people going to find out about your product, service or business?

                      o   How much money and effort will it cost to deliver the added-value you would like to
                          offer to your customers? How much money do you need to invest upfront to set your

                          business into motion?

                      o   How long will it take to enter the market? A month? A year? More?
