Elements of a business plan
o Executive summary
A highlight of the most important information of the business plan. It is
done once the business plan is finalised. It should be short and concise
and you should write it so as to catch the reader’s attention.
o Presentation of the digital business idea
This section is about the digital product or service itself. Focus on what
you are selling and highlight the added-value you are going to provide to
your customers. Recall the USP (slide 7).
o Presentation of the digital entrepreneur and of her business
This section summarises who you are, yours skills and your business
mission, vision and values. Recall what you have to offer (slide 6).
