Prototype development process
The lean start-up approach developed by Eric Ries in 2008 is the most
well-known methodology for testing and validating a business idea.
It is usually associated – and complements – the business model canvas
that you have developed for Module 6 – Innovation management &
business ideation.
Although this methodology was originally focused on technology-based
business ideas, it can be adapted and used in all sectors. Its goal is to
help entrepreneurs and business owners to transform interesting
business ideas into viable products.
In this case, the lean start-up approach can support digital
entrepreneurs products or services’ testing and validation to make sure
you are on the right direction!
