encompasses four main phases:

1. Business idea concept/ideation
In the beginning, the entrepreneur Learn Build
can only make assumptions about
how to start or transform a business.
He/she has an innovative idea and
should start by putting it on paper!
These assumptions should be mapped Data Product
and summarised in a business model
canvas (see Module 6 – Innovation Measure
management & business ideation).
